If your regular instructor is not available, a substitute instructor will be provided. We are unable to offer make up lessons or credits.
Swim School Policies
Once classes are assigned, customers will receive an email invoice from Square, which you can then pay using Apple Pay or a credit or debit card. Payment is made by the session. Due to our one to one lesson structure, we are unable to offer make up lessons, refunds, or credits.

Frequently asked questions.
How will I be contacted if my child is assigned lessons?
You will receive an email with the specific lesson dates and time and information to contact us only if the lesson time does not work for your schedule. At that time, payment will be requested by Square Invoice also sent to your email address.
How do I request lessons?
Lessons may be requested by submitting a Swim Lesson Request Form. You may request one or more sessions. Our lesson structure is one day a week on Monday through Thursday, or two days based on availability. Lessons are scheduled in three or four-week increments by the session.
Do lessons become waitlisted?
Due to our one-to-one lesson structure, we have limited space available and our lessons can become waitlisted. By submitting a swim lesson request form, you are automatically added to the waitlist. Additional flexibility can be indicated on the lesson request form.
Do sessions automatically carry over?
Sessions do not automatically carry over. Please request each session you are interested in by the season. If a request is not submitted, the session will not be scheduled. If you do not want a specific session you child/children have been scheduled for, you may cancel one week before the session begins. Please refer to the signup dates for each season under Swim Lessons/Calendar.
Is there a signup priority?
Signup priority is initially given to previous season customers and those currently in the program, We are able to accommodate additional students if there are openings remaining, or when cancellations occur.
